1. Age Requirement. Circle Up is strictly for users 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Acceptable Use. You agree not to post, upload, or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to spam, impersonate others, or attempt to harm the platform.

3. User-Generated Content. You are solely responsible for the content you post. Circle Up reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

4. Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Account Deletion. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. All your profile data, posts, and messages will be permanently removed.

6. Termination. Circle Up may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms.

7. Disclaimer. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Circle Up is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect. We collect your email address, username, age, avatar, bio, and the content you post or send through the app (feed posts, chat messages, direct messages).

2. How We Use Your Data. Your data is used solely to provide the app's features — displaying your profile, enabling communication, and showing community content. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Retention. Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.

4. User Blocking. You can block any user at any time. Blocked users cannot send you direct messages and their content will be hidden from your view.

5. Content Reporting. You can report any content or user that violates our guidelines. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

6. Security. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Community Guidelines

Circle Up is a private community for adults. To keep it a great space for everyone:

  • Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
  • No spam, scams, or deceptive content.
  • No sexually explicit content.
  • No content depicting or encouraging violence.
  • You must be 18 or older to use this app.
  • Report any content or users that violate these guidelines.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
